Cancellation Policy

At MacKenzie's Lashes & Esthetics, it is my goal to provide the best treatment possible to you.  In doing so, there is a Cancellation Policy that allows for a better experience for everyone. A major credit card/debit card is required to hold appointment time.  It is required that you cancel 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service; if failed to do so the card on file will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.  If you do not wish to have a credit card on file, you will be required to pay for the service in full prior to the appointment

Complementary Fix Policy

It is understandable that things happen and lash cycles are not tracked specifically. If a client's lashes lose 50% retention or more during the first week after a full set or fill, there will be a complementary fix offered.  The offer will stand if the client is able to come. If the client cannot come within 3 days of notifying MacKenzie or if the client cancels more than 2 times, the service will not be complementary, and the client will be expected to pay for a full set.
